Where is my data hosted?
Your choice: on a secure cloud that we operate, or on your own servers (on-premise) for full sovereignty. In both cases: regular backups, encryption and strict access controls.
How long does it take to deploy a solution?
A few days in most cases: online hosting, Excel import of your existing data and team training. On-premise or highly customised projects take a few weeks.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. Our subscriptions are commitment-free: you stay because the solution brings you value, not because a contract forces you to.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (Airtel, Moov, GIMAC), Visa & Mastercard bank cards, bank transfer and cheque. Invoicing is available in FCFA, euros or dollars.
Do your solutions work without an Internet connection?
Yes: the Transport & Logistics ERP has an offline field mode (PWA). Entries made without network sync automatically once the connection is back.
Can you adapt a solution to my organisation?
Yes. Currency, languages, chart of accounts, roles, terminology and logo are finely configurable. And our consulting team supports more specific needs: integrations, data migration, dedicated developments.
